Back in June 2021 I was bitten in my face an mouth by a friends German Shepard and suffered severe damage to my upper lip and face that required over 30 stitches to repair. It was by far the most painful injury I’ve ever endured and emotionally I was defeated because I could not eat, drink, talk, smile or do anything that involved moving my mouth/jaw. Anyone that knows me knows all I do is smile and laugh so not being able to do that for weeks and then knowing my smile and face would never look the same was a very depressing time for me. I reached out to Jeff and his team for some assistance after family friends suggested I’d look into an insurance claim to help with the cost of scar removal to my face down the road. Less than ten minutes after filling out my information and submitting it online I received a phone call from Jeff personally. He was so understanding and listened to my story and was very genuine. I was able to receive compensation for my injury to help with future expenses for my face an mouth and also was compensated for pain and suffering. I can write a book about the great team and professionalism Ostroff Law firm is, but I’ll try to keep it brief. My case has been considered difficult due to circumstances and the Law. Our family recently had a loved one pass away. Fortunately they had a Will but did not have an Estate Plan in place. We contacted the law firm of Fellerman & Ciarimboli to see if we could retain their services in helping execute the Will and close the estate. They were very compassionate on the phone and said that they have an attorney in the firm that specializes in Wills and Estate Planning. We were contacted the same day by Attorney Alex Russin, he was very professional and eager to help us with our situation. We sat down with him the same week to review the Will. He then took us to the Luzerne County Courthouse to file the Will with local probate court. Then to the bank to set up an estate account so we could pay the deceased's bills. We had no idea where to start in this process and Alex compassionately guided us through every step. He even helped file the final income taxes to close the estate. After resolving our loved ones estate, we decided to update our Will and put an Estate Plan in place for ourselves. Alex walked us through every step. Where do I even start. We ventured out of the suburbs where there are plenty of lawyers, but none that have the caliber of excellence that Sean & his team give. It was the best move we could've made. I had Adam as my lawyer when i got in a car accident in New Jersey. Adam drove from pa to meet with me and go over my case. He was so easy to talk to and explained every part of the process. My case took less then 2 years when the other party’s that I was in the car with took 3 and I received the most money back when I wasn’t even the driver. I recommend Adam to multiple of my friends which all thanked me after and said he was the best ! I still call Adam till this day for legal advice and he never hesitates Thank you Adam for having a good heart and loving what you do !

Great place to get the help u need.
I felt like I was included in the decisions not just told this is what we are going to do. The attorney spoke with me and gave me choices while clearly explaining what each would entail. Sometimes life gives us the unexpected, my wife and I where hit head on in January of 2018. Both had severe injuries and I have had 7 surgeries. I've heard they're good, but it turned out that they don't accept cases seeking less than $50,000 in damages. Even though they thought we were in the right, our $5,000 claim was far too small for them. They were nice enough about explaining that, but it did take a week of us trying to reach them to get to talk with someone even briefly by phone.

Not deserving of even one star. Unprofessional. Watched staff and personal friends (Amazon sasquatches) get drunk and cause trouble in bars and prey on innocent people. Too many other negatives to post.

I rate the Pisanchyn law firm five stars if I had a way to rate them 100 stars I would they were so kind so helpful and so caring in a very scary time of my life. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Mr. Pisanchyn and his staff. No matter what I needed they were there morning, noon, or night Mr.Pisanchyn was even kind enough to give me his own personal cell phone number in case I ever needed him day or night. My mother was recently in a small three car pile up on her way back home from Home Depot. Thankfully no one was fatally injured. The issue at the scene was that one of the participants of the accident were reluctant to give their information. Once I arrived to the scene I called James from TopDog Law for guidance. Medical malpractice
Definition of Malpractice , Essentially, a physician or other health care provider commits medical malpractice and is negligent when he or she fails to act in a reasonable way under the circumstances and the unreasonable conduct that causes harm, I go too a foot doctor for 5 weeks with a water blister he takes no X-rays no culturs, I told this man it smells infected, so now I go too the Emergency room, I leave the hospital 2 weeks later with all 5 of those toes Amputated, but I don’t have a case then it comes too my attention that this Dr. Wife is a Lasyer in Lehigh Valley and they say it’s a conflict of interest as I am a Marine, shouldn’t it be a conflict of interest when a soldier leaves his loved ones too go overseas and fight for these same people knowing he may not return too his family, but they go any way because we carry a creed, Death Before Dishonor. Ooorah!

The law firm seemed spectacular when I was a new client. I was treated to excellent service; all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Once my case was reviewed, and it became apparent that there would not be a large settlement, I became only a case number. My case has been transferred between multiple attorneys without any notice. I have sent numerous emails and voicemail that have gone unanswered. Apparently it is normal not to receive a response, since an employee informed me that my attorney was one of the few on staff that will call clients back. I only know that I am still a client is because I receive a calendar at the end of each year. I recommend interviewing multiple law firms before choosing to settle with The Rothenberg Law Firm.

Overall I was pleased with the experience because they did what a needed done And accomplished what I went to them for The only complaints I had is that the lawyer I had wasn't the most friendliest person and Didn't seem to want me to be involved as much as I wanted to be in the case I thought about changing lawyers but he assured me he was one of the best So I took his word for it and he was right because he got the job done I would definitely recommend The Rothenberg Law Firm to anyone in need of a Lawyer

I was a passenger in a horrible car accident during working hours while pregnant with my fourth child. Neither drivers' insurance company nor my employer wanted to help me out with my injuries or the complications I experienced with my pregnancy following the accident. I ended up on bed rest for over six months without pay and gave birth to a premature little girl as a result of the accident.
