Well I think 1 star ,is enough . But I'm disappointed nothing was done for me.
I honestly would like to know if the settlement checks will be nice. I have had maybe 3-4 case workers. I can't really give them a accurate review at this time. But I pray my settlement check is worth it. I haven't been able too work at all. I am also pregnant. That was confirmed when I got into my wreck. So I have had to deal with alot of my pain.

I do not recommend this law firm!!! Horrible experience ever!!! It’s been almost two years and they are still settling, they schedule appointments they are not able to keep. They sent us to doctors appointments without knowing the insurance limits and now we are screwed having to pay medical bills and bad credit scores. I am thinking about reporting them. Very unprofessional, we had to send bills so many times because they don’t have things together. My husband was the one who hire them. I am so ready for this to be over!!!!

In March of 2018, I was a railroad engineer and sustained neck, back and shoulder injuries as well as head trauma due to a negligent semi driver when he tried to beat my train. As a result, I was forced to retire because of my condition and the need for medical treatment. After failed negotiations with the trucking company, we sought legal counsel with Patterson Law Group upon advisement from Jason English. After initial counsel we began working closely with Tennessee Walker of Patterson. Tina, Abby and Erin were instrumental in coordinating and keeping track of my many appointments with various physicians, and all the paperwork that goes along with a case like this. There were many setbacks, including a change of opposing counsel, covid shutting down the courts for a year, the trucking company filing bankruptcy, to name a few, as well as the required time for surgeries, recoveries, and physical therapy. But this team never gave up on me! After a tenacious effort, not only did we win the legal battle, all my medical and legal fees were covered, as well as bills accrued during this time. My quality of life is much improved. I have no hesitation in recommending Patterson Law Group for your personal injury situations.

I absolutely would never recommend this law firm to anyone I know nor would I promote this place. I have been lied to about my medical bills, my bills have gone to collections and now it is messing with my credit. It is about to be a year since my accident and they only keep push and bs my case around. I have been more than patience and understanding with this Law firm. It very upset because I put all my trust into them and now they are treating me and my case so poorly. If this was a case that wasn't able to be handled (I doubt it) then I would have been very understanding about everything. But they haven't communicated with me for about a month. I call at least once in awhile to check in. But this time it's just ridiculous.

This is my 2nd injury case but 1st time with Rad Law Firm. The 1st firm I had was Amy Witherite and my settlement check with them was larger but after expenses was $1000 lower than with Rad Law. I thought i was getting help i did not get any help they took my money and i am not sure if they were charging someone on my account and someone else on their card but my account wasn't being paid received invoice it was incorrect i just started with them and it was a disaster gave me a lawyer laura who really didn't do her job i let them know what was going on from the start i should have known it was no good from how it started did not even get consult and they took money from me, i was so confused on who was my lawyer and who to speak to but all i know is i had a bad experience hope no one else does, i am fighting for a custody issue and this is a serious one if you can't take on the case like i said do not take it i let them know that, just do your research, it is just odd you get run around no one returns your call in finance department.

SCAM LAW FIRM! Avoid these people, regardless the fact that they are the LAW PEOPLE(!!!), which I would expect minimum loyalty and honesty; they can easily tell lies, manipulate words against you and your case, take your money, talk positive for long time, waste your time, then they talk negative saying that they can't even win the case but I would still have to pay 100K!. The Law offices of Alex R. Hernandez Jr. is the worst law firm you can have. They waste your time and money, the senior lawyer promises full refund incase of me quitting the case, just because they don't think they will win the case, and even if we win, I would have to pay around 100k (!!!!) to them. And they offered full refund incase I quit the case with them. I accepted quitting but they didn't do the full refund as they promised. They wasted 5 months and few thousand $$$.I emailed many times to them, but no response, no refund as well for sure!. They are the LAW People and They don't even keep their commitment simply to pay FULL REFUND!!! What kind of dilemma is this?? Can America's law people tell lies like this just for few more bucks???

Hired this law firm for help on a family case and they never got anything done, they kept charging me outside of the retainer because “they don’t consider the retainer money like all law firms do” so you will be paying extra here. They changed my attorney four times and each time the new attorney had to catch up with the case they charged me this ridiculous rates even though I never requested a new attorney . DO NOT HIRE THEM. You will regret it. I lost all my money and ended up looking elsewhere.

Morgan and Morgan has been working on my case for over a year. Morgan and Morgan decided that they needed the fire power of Robins and Cloud to help out. Last week 06/20/2022 Robins and Cloud contacted me saying they were closing my file with Robins and Cloud and Morgan and Morgan because no injuries were reported ($2,000 if I did this myself). I reported everything and Morgan and Morgan assured me that everything was documented. I called Morgan and Morgan on the day I received the letter from Robins and Cloud and was hung up on 3 times so I then called their answering service and they said they dont know when the lawyer will get back to me.

I'm grateful for my lawyer Charles Stan that Zehl & Associates assigned to me. Mr. Stan help me every step of the way to deal with a absurdly foolish and devious insurance company and their deceptive client who tried to get out of giving me the proper settlement I deserved from the auto collision and injuries their client inflicted upon me. The whole Zehl & Associates team were very flexible and able to adapt to my situation always courteous patient and taking time to clarify any questions, needs or problems I had during the process. The medical treatment and physical therapy they assigned for me were of reasonably good quality and adequate for my needs too. Mr. Stan was very detail oriented and stayed very focused on winning the case, open to any ideas and suggestions from me as he planned a strategy for the case. He seems to have a good understanding of our legal system and is aware of it's strengths and weakness and how to get the most benefits from it for his client. Be ware of this attorney he does not pay what he owes. We are a rental car company that provided a rental for his client based on his word that he would pay. He completely stood us up for the entire amount of $2,602.81. His assistant Yvonne is flat out rude and unprofessional. We deal with other reputable lawyers who would never treat us the way he did. If he does this with his vendors imagine what could happen to you.

This Law Firm from day one, did everything they said they were going to do for us. And that was to take care of us. They walked side by side with us, every step of the way, until the end. Well a lot of people say so and so is a great attorney but how many have they actually worked with? I have worked with over 100 in San Antonio because I treat personal injury patients for over 30 years. Felix Gonzalez Law is who I recommend to my patients. They stay in touch with clients and doctors. They will take a case to court if the insurance company won't settle for a reasonable amount. Many attorneys now won't do that for soft tissue injuries. A lot of them don't want to bother. The BIG firms with all there billboards and TV ads just treat you like a number because they have dozens of lawyers throughout Texas and just "churn" thousands of cases. At FGL you are treated like an important person with individual attention even if your case is just a fender bender or mild whiplash. They will also give appropriate attention to the very serious injuries that can permanently disable someone. Not too big and not too small. They also get cases settle faster than most law firms I have seen.

The Cagle Law Firm took great care of me, but to be more specific Gilbert Silva was the one who handled my case he did and amazing job and exceeded my expectations. Would i recommend them to people? I was in an auto accident where just the cost to repair my car was over 18k and my medical bills were over 40k. I called Cagle and Francisco came to my work place to discuss how to move forward with the insurance and treatment procedure that same day. I’ve been working with Francisco for over a year and it has been so easy to work with him.( It’s taken this much time because you can’t finish the case until you’re all healed from the accident and it didn’t help that I was pregnant!) He gave me updates on the case and was always just a phone call away when I had questions. Very professional, prompt and most of all is very detailed and explained everything in a friendly matter. Francisco gets the work done. An ER clinic tried to bill me 11k in medical bills. This guy fights with them till they lower it to less than 2k.(He still isn’t happy with this so we trying to get it lower!) This just one of the scenarios he has helped me with! Go to Cagle law firm if you need a lawyer best place in Austin hands down! Also, THANK YOU FRANCISCO for helping me through this nightmare and getting things done!

I was updated frequently on the next steps I needed to take in my case. I was informed of any paperwork I needed to provide and fax over. Gilberto Silva helped me after I was t-boned by an uninsured motorist. I suffered several compression fractures in my thoracic spine, a 10mm year in my rotator cuff, a concussion and plenty of bumps and bruises. Since the driver had no insurance, I had no choice but to sue my own insurance carrier (State Farm) to ensure medical needs were met. Gilberto handled my case with such patience and professionalism I would trust him again. Because of my concussion I had a difficult time remembering conversations and as such, changed my mind on multiple occasions. Gilberto was patient - explained over and over why we had decided on certain things. I simply couldn’t remember from day to day why I had agreed to a course of action. But Gilberto did and was able to get me back on the right page. I was able to receive a settlement that payed my medical bills. State Farm pushed back again and again but Gilberto kept fighting for me. I am fully recovered now and am suing the woman who hit me in small claims court. I called Gilberto to request some documents and he remembered me and quickly found what I needed. I have a trial date set for this month and the documentation will be critical for my case. Gilberto was more then just my representative. He did an outstanding job with my case but also became a source of strength and help while I dealt with the cognitive deficits I was experiencing due to my concussion. He became a friend and we laughed many times over the metal sieve my brain had become. I, without any reservations, completely endorse both Gilberto and the Cagle Law Firm.
