I have spoken with a Morgan and Morgan representative twice regarding my mother's accident (82 years old and tripped on a broken brick walkway on Mother's Day, breaking her arm). I was told that Morgan and Morgan definitely wants to take the case, but no one ever follows up when they say they are going to (no promised email, no promised call, no promised text), and during my third call today I was told that there is no record of my hours of communication with them - despite my mother's name being in their files 3 times. So, I guess they really don't care and are horrifically disorganized. Please consider using a law firm that will treat their clients like people, not cattle. I am disgusted and I am sorry I wasted my time and my mom's time.

I am a current client. I have been a client since January 2020. I was feeling a bit doubtful during the process. All of this changed recently when the President of the firm heard my doubts. Two stars is two too many. This lawyer did not fight hard enough to get my husband compensated properly. After three surgeries from a MVA accident as a pedestrian, his life is worth much more than what was ‘awarded’. Completely not worth the effort. Extremely disappointed.

I used Michael Lamonsoff for my personal injury case twenty years ago, and again, now, and the service has only gotten better. The reason I chose to use him again is the same reason I would continue to use him in the future- I am always MORE than happy with the outcome. Although my case was occurring during covid-19, which made matters more complicated and even more difficult to win a good settlement (due to insurance companies not paying clients), Michael was still able to get me an even better settlement than I hoped for, and made sure that I was NOT responsible for thousands upon thousands of dollars of medical bills related to my case. I was referred to Michael Lamonsoff by my boyfriend's brother. I'm so grateful that I was. I called the office a few days after my accident. They sent a car to pick us up to meet them at the office and they sent us home the same way. They are thorough when they collect all of your information and statements. I contacted the Law Office of Michael Lamonsoff the day after I was in a car accident and they took charge from there. They sent for me in a car to the office and then sent me everywhere (physicians) I needed to go and handle everything that needed to be taken care of. I have needed a lawyer twice now due to someone else's negligence. My case was not a slam dunk by any means but the staff and attorneys at this office were there from day one literally fighting to get me everything I got. Even though my case wasn't one of the big ones like they get alot I never once felt like that they made me fell I wasn't important. This is chaudhary ahmad. Attorney first accepted settlement offer without my consent because he couldn't reach out to me. I accepted that offer anyway. But when I receive check they deducted hidden expenses $1344. This is very dishonest and disappointing doing from attorney of law. They said me on phone several times final amount but amount received was $1344 less. I ended up even giving him more than 50%. Whith all suffering i bin through and my attorney ended up cheating me. What a shame!!!

3 years I waited and they messed up my case. If you want to get your case going and win the case, this is NOT the place you should go. They will stretch your case, exhaust the insurance coverage, cuz they get paid hourly, in general. Whatever is leftover you will get. Rude as hell, never explain what is going on with your case until you call them at least 4-5 times and you'll get a call back only if you insist on to be connected. Unprofessional, and negligent! Stu is very rude and Unprofessional, Mark one of the owners, tries to help you at least. They are not trustworthy, they don't do what you tell them instead they like to pressure you to take bad deals !! They don't so their job that they get paid for , instead they just go woth whatever the insurance adjuster says. They never fight for you or your case . Starting from gathering information (proof) to sending documents to the medical offices. To providing you with the information and making sure the IME appointments are made and documents are sent. NEVER WORRIED ABOUT YOU they just tell you to get surgery for more money and send you to their partner doctors. They care about making money only the rest is out of their competence!

Im in love with this firm, Mark Linder is like family to me. We always talk about families, and how things are going. Yet fast forward i dont know what happened. These ladies on the phone will forward your calls to an answering service THAN I CALL FROM ANOTHER NUMBER AND THEY ANSWER😔😔😔. Every time I call about my settlement the last excuse doesn't match the new excuse. I was told they had to resubmit my papers okay I can understand that things happen and covid back logged things. Fast forward 90 days from the resubmittal these secretaries or receptionist or maybe even paralegals they're talking over me they're cutting me off. I brace myself before i call. I have one question if I was in person would you talk to me like that. I love this law firm they help my son when he was wrongly accused they helped my mother when she had a cosmetic accident. Although five months and you refuse to produce my settlement in these dire times. I recommended this law firm to the world although why does it take so long to receive a settlement why is your staff so unprofessional are you recording these calls to see how short they are with the clients. My eyes are now opened. My family and are just a number to this firm when i thought they was family to me.

Unprofessional and you'll wait forever to get your settlement check, and don't dare call them about it or you'll get some rude responses. They are very nice before the settlement, but after you've signed the settlement agreement you get the round-around and harsh tones. If you've already retained them, then go to trial don't settle because you'll never get your settlement check,.

Very satisfied. Due to the pandemic the time frame of the case was pushed but the outcome was extremely worth it. My very first time with Greenstein & Milbauer and just have to say you won’t find people with the patients like them and always available either by phone or via text. I had Bart Pittari as my lawyer and definitely would recommend!!! Us as clients always don’t like being the one to call and bother about status updates and etc but you see with Mr.Pittari as my lawyer I didn’t have to experience that. Any slight change with the case and Mr.Pittari would call me and whenever I wasn’t available to pick up he would leave a detailed voicemail and when I returned the call he would pick up right away (which is something we all as clients love!) So thanks again for the time and effort!! Would recommend to anyone especially first time clients who have no idea how the process works.

From the very start they were warm and welcoming. They listened to me and made sure that I felt comfortable with things. This is very important when you have been through trauma. They even came to me, and patiently explained their process and answered all of my questions about what they needed from me. My accident was one week before the COVID lockdown. I had an accident in a gym and fractured my ankle. The gym tried to claim I was responsible which was very upsetting. I was discouraged from bringing a case. However, Rob Greenstein told me it was worth pursuing and he took it on. The best part was that he works on a contingency so you only pay his firm if they recover money for you. I had an incredible experience working with Redmond Law. I was a pedestrian hit by a car, and had to get screws and a metal plate put into my ankle as a result. Cornelius Redmond and his entire staff was super responsive and worked quickly on my behalf, helping me to navigate the insurance system and to make sure that all of my medical bills would be covered by the No-Fault insurance that New York state law mandates. I also worked with Cornelius to get a separate settlement from the driver's insurance company—the max amount that his policy would allow. The settlement came quickly and because it was a small amount (the driver did not have a very large policy, unfortunately), Redmond Law did not charge me ANY legal fees—which is incredibly generous and kind. I am so glad that I chose to work with Redmond Law. During a very stressful and overwhelming time in my life, they helped me to make sure that I was taken care of and making all the right decisions to mitigate the financial impacts of the accident. They were extremely easy to communicate with and were always very responsive to every request and question, even though my case was a small one and they did not make a lot of money from it.
