When we looked into seeking representation after my son's car accident we did not know anybody who had experience with as an attorney with car wrecks. After 3 years I finally have my settlement money. Mediocre law firm. Bad experience. I constantly had to keep asking for updates on my case. Months went by of no response from my attorney. Basically, if I did not push my case along I am 100% certain I'd still be unsettled. I felt blind through the whole process. Guidance would be appreciated. You can tell no one cares about your case and then your left with them getting a cut of your money for doing hardly anything.

Very unprofessional. I called yesterday stated my case. She stated that she would reach out to the lawyers. Called back today for an update. The person that answered said let me look; well it looks like no one will help you, and it is not something we can help with. I was trying for over a year to get my daughter approved for disability and kept being denied. Appeal after appeal was denied. I contacted Hoglund Law and was told we had to restart the process and they felt my daughter should be approved. I went with their decision and after the very first meeting with social security and providing them the same information I gave them on my own previously for her case, she was approved. So, I learned not to attempt on my own and it was worth it to contact Hoglund Law for assistance and would again for any of my other children or myself if we were to become disabled. I was in a car accident and was cited even though the driver pulled out in front of me. I had an injury to my foot where I was down for awhile. In the midst of receiving treatment, I received notice of a lawsuit from the other driver against me! After one phone call with miss daria William's I can gladly say this is the worst attorneys office I have ever spoken to. I was spoke down to as if I was ignorant, low life scum. I received a letter in the mail and reached out the very next day to resolve the issue. Miss daria William's was unable to fully answer any of my questions. She was hateful, rude, and completely! Unprofessional. A business that's supposed to help people should probably not hang up on people attempting to resolve any issues. The fact that the Ohio attorney general does business with such an unprofessional business says alot about the "great" state of ohio. Due to the way I was spoken to and treated, a simple matter of paying off a very small back tax I will now be reaching out to my own personal lawyer. I recorded the entire conversation for my own protection and it was in good reason I did. I would absolutely not!! Recommend this office to anyone for any reason! If they would like to have a good standing name they should do away with their employees how dont know how to speak to humans with respect!

I am writing this review in regards to my experience with Mrs. Bell. After weeks of incredibly frustrating experiences trying to get to the bottom of discrepancies in my taxes and information being sent to the wrong addresses, I was able to speak with Mrs. Bell to get this matter resolved. She was incredibly respectful, pleasant, and kind. She was able to explain exactly what the error is and how I could resolve it. She was very understanding that I now live out of state and would need extended time to resolve the matter. She took me from leaving very angry voicemails to being extremely grateful for her help in one short phone call. This was a result of her customer service, empathy, and clarity. I was being stonewalled by an insurance company and attorney Mike Guluzian used a creative way to get them to pay. He was prepared to go to trial if necessary and kept the pressure on and I came out way ahead of what I had expected. Mike was very accommodating as was his staff. During the pandemic everything took place online, even my deposition. I recommend Mike Guluzian and Plymale & Dingus to anyone who’s been hurt in a car accident and had trouble getting the insurance company to pay.

I was blessed by a phone call by Adam one evening after a terrible car accident my mom, husband and I were in had put me in one of the lowest moods in my life. I had been contacted by others but the sincerity was not felt until his call came through. He was very understanding and listened more than he talked. I was referred to work with Plymale. I got stuck with Dingus instead. I paid him to handle my divorce. He sat on the money and my ex ended up filing before Dingus bothered. Every time we went to court he would find out my ex didn't agree to the terms and just continue the divorce, in other words, making me continue to pay him for not doing anything for me. On one occasion he didn't even show to court, just sent an intern. What a scam! Then he'd send me several cards a year (birthday, Christmas, etc.) with notes like, "You're the best, so you deserve the best," until I sent one back refused. If I deserve the best, what did he provide?! I'd suggest going with anyone other than him.

I was injured on the job back in the fall of 2015. My leg was fractured, and acl in my right knee was torn off. I had head injuries, and lost a great deal of work. As a sub-contractor, my employer offers no coverage, or benefits to cover any of the medical bills, or lost work. After surgery, and 2 plus years of PT, to go along with thousands in medical bills, the company at fault made zero attempt to make this right for us. The accident put our family and my small business through years of turmoil. We contacted Rafidi, Pallante, and Melewski in the fall of 2015. Unlike larger firms, where you're just a number, this firm treated us like family. As our case dragged on for over 6 years, RPM stuck with us through every step of the long and exhausting process. This included mediations, depositions, and multiple attempts by the defendant to skirt any responsibility and get the case dropped.
