Dworkin-your a dorkin. I’ve first hand witnessed how you do business. I would not recommend anyone even get directions for driving to a destination much less a lawsuit!

My case is finished. I wish I could add another star. Opinions I would like to share: First (take this to the bank) You NEED to do your homework. Many case settlements do not include medical. YOU HAVE TO PAY...for medical, standard fees, 20% for WC. I mention this because Mr.Platt (my attorney) educated me (I also did my OWN homework). From my past experience you are GOING TO WAIT for your settlement check. You do not just get to say.."YAY! I am done...gimme my ducets!". There is a process! You WILL pay a fee if you choose a pre-settlement loan. You will pay back that loan from your settlement. You and your attorney, from this firm, will work together to decide your best course of action. I recieved an email telling me to expect no less than a 2 month wait for my check. The email also explained how much would be taken out for attorney fees. Mr. Platt educated me on fees...he educated me on many things regarding my case. I hired this firm over another (I was already engaged in). I had more movement in one month..than I had in 1 year. I felt (this is huge) that my law firm would do their best. Not only that...I asked questions..."will you seek counsel from your peers". I did not want a "boy wonder" for an attorney. I wanted LEGAL COUNSEL! Mr. Platt assured me he felt 100% comfortable in getting direction from senior counsel, should he need it. He didn't. Now, I am done. That phase is over. My suggestion...ask questions. Listen to what your lawyer tells you...pay attention so you can do research. ASK ABOUT FEES! I trust this law firm. So should you. Summation of Facts..you will be charged a fee for this firms engagement with a loan. FACT unless told otherwise you will have to pay previous medical. FACT it takes weeks, months! To complete a settlement. IMO... None of this is unreasonable. My experience with this firm ? Legit. I recommend!

Everyone at McCready helped me greatly, from the very beginning, they let me know I did have a case. I talked to the at fault drivers insurance before I called McCready and they brushed me off, told me to call my insurance if what they were offering was to low and try to get something from them. I was like really? McCready right away set me up with the doctor's, physical therapy and then my attorney Jess had a talk with the insurance company again and again until they saw it our way! In September of last year, I was rear-ended at high speed. My car was totalled, I suffered a concussion and damage to my spine. I contacted Bruning Law Firm roughly a week after the event, as the gravity of the severity of my injuries sat in. My inprocessing with Linzie was smooth, to say the least. This law farm is very unprofessional it’s one attorney working which is never available he’s always at court or in a meeting. Never return calls, text you days later my case was settled over 2 weeks ago still haven’t heard anything from Mr.Shuman since the settlement day I can not contact him. I sent him a eviction notice my land lord sent me a week ago still nothing now me in my family is in a bad situation due to this attorney holding my settlement check I’m requesting if your thinking about picking this law farm please don’t you will get played out your money like I did it’s sad the way these attorneys can get away with murder I had to hire a new attorney due to fraud with this farm.

I have worked for a number of attorneys in my career, however Marc was the best one. He is very hands on with clients. He answers all thier calls and is invested in thier cases. About the worst law firm there is. If you get a lawsuit from these lawyers they are the most disrespectful and rude individuals. Not only do they ring your home doorbell like someone is chasing them but then you catch them trying to break into your backyard and only to throw the papers at you and run. Yup these are personal injury lawyers, wonder if whoever you sent to serve the papers was also looking for quick money to pretend an injury trying to trespass onto my property.

If this is for Marc Shuman (lawyer) He ended up with more of my $ then I did, I asked him how that was possible, he said when he receives the payment, he takes his 33% immediately, right away, 1st, then he pays all the other bills hospital etc then the client gets what's left, I didn't even want to accept the check, I wanted to hire a new lawyer & sue him.

This is by far the worst law firm in Chicago! If you get in a car accident DO NOT ANSWER THEM. Its been 3 months since my accident. And almost 2 months since my "physical therapy" ended and im yet to hear any update on my case. I have called all of their numbers available and no answer. The receptionist answered once and pretended like she couldn't hear me and hung up! That is definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! After that the line rang and rang and rang and finally one of the operators answered just to put me on a callback list. I don't doubt after this they'll throw my case out! Let's see if this gets their attention atleast. They're just scammers. I JUST WANT A FREAKING UPDATE!!! DONT GO TO THEM!!

This company is a joke. They started out awesome very polite and professional but when it came time to settle they tried forcing me into a super low ball offer.after fighting with my own "lawyer" for 20 min on the phone about not wanting to accept he magically was able to get my settlement amount raised 10k just like that. These guys a settlement mill star very clear and dont get a lawyer unless you feel you are being treated poorly by the insurance company who I would trust much more then the slimy people with this law firm.

I went to kanoski and Bresney for a workman's comp claim for my teeth. I was assigned a lawyer named Roby Janorovik. He was amazing. He had the same vision on what I thought I should get and he stuck with it. He never tried to persuade me to take a settlement and he gave me his opinions at every turn and he was just genuinely a smart good person. Now I have my settlement and I am 100% satisfied with what I got and in the amount of time I got it. So if you got a good claim hire kanoski and bresney. They will get ya together. And I would ask to be represent by Roby but overall they are a good group of good and aggressive lawyers. Give them a call.

Michael is amazing. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my workman's comp case as well as a 3rd party personal injury case. Even after being told changing attorneys was unlikely he was still so gracious in talking to me. The answers given were direct, honest and without double talk or lawyer speak, most refreshing. Based on my experiences he knew exactly what he was talking about as well. All of which is in short supply these days. Despite my limited experience with him I recommend Micheal without reservation. If you do not at least sit down and talk to him it is a disservice to yourself, I certainly regret not finding him first.

The paralegal had me doing more research on the case than she did. Never once spoke with the actual attorney until I was so frustrated that I requested only the attorney to respond and withdraw from the case. It was a simple no fault case which the opposing Progressive insurance already accepted fault. Easy cases must be too hard for them. Really disappointed at the time wasted with this firm.

Because of this I now have a chance to start my own business. It's unfortunate what happened to me, but because of the people at Thomas Law Offices I now have a second chance. We initially hired an attorney in FL where we live but since the accident happened in KY, our FL attorney referred us to the Thomas Law Firm and I'm so glad they did. The experience was wonderful, they were very responsive to all our calls and emails and Lindsy has always advised us openly about our options. Clifford Law Offices did an amazing job on my medical malpractice case under difficult circumstances relating to both the case itself as well as navigating COVID obstacles. When we first met Bob, he promised my wife and me he would use all the resources at his disposal throughout the case, no matter how long it took to resolve. He fulfilled that promise in what turned out to be a long process. They obtained an excellent result for me and my family in the end and never tried to push a settlement for less than we deserved - they were fully prepared for a trial. I can’t imagine there are too many trial attorneys better than partner Brad Cosgrove as well. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

I wish I would have done this review years ago, but time gets away from all of us. My mom was killed in an accident involving a truck and my brother and I did not know where to turn. We turned to Clifford Law Offices, but more specifically, Craig Squillace. We could not ask for a more hard working and compassionate attorney. From our first meeting, he was sympathetic to what our family was going through. He walked us through his plan of action and stated that the lawsuit could take years and that he could not promise anything, but that he would do his best for us. I have to say that he always kept me up to date on the progress of the lawsuit and answered all of my questions and concerns. He always returned my phone calls within a timely manner and spoke to me in a calm and assuring manner. He helped me and my family through so much heartache and I could not have asked for a better lawyer. I have referred Craig Squillace to family and friends and they have all had a great relationship with him as well. Over the past few years, I have had the pleasure of working with Craig Squillace from the Clifford Law Group, as my attorney. We recently closed my case, and I am very happy with the outcome. I was in an accident in which I sustained a bad back injury that required surgery. I was in a car accident and needed legal representation. I called one Friday afternoon and spoke with a very nice customer support representative who took all my information. This was about a 15 minute call. I asked for a quick response and was told everyone was gone for the weekend, but someone should call back by the following Wednesday. It has been over four weeks now and I have not heard back. I guess my case was not worth their time, but it would have been nice to receive a courtesy call back telling me they weren't interested. I've moved on.
