While they may not be the firm handling this case, I wish they were. It was a comforting experience feeling that my case would be placed in their hands. I've known about them for many years & just having a consultation with them made me feel like a winner. I reccommend that if you need help, try them first!
I appreciate being able to describe the experiences I've been having with the 2 companies, sunrun, Inc. and duke energy. However, I feel like since this is not a high $$$$$ amount case, I was told the M&M would not be able to assist me. I guess I understand that as well, but just because it's not high dollar to the firm, doesn't mean it's not a high dollar circumstance for someone else (Me). I've gone to over 3 months in dealing with these 2 companies, and to no avail. I will call the number I was given and see what someone else may be able to do, but have my doubts as to that, too. The BIG companies can screw the consumer and apparently get away with it. Maybe if I'd also be asking for some ridiculous high dollar figure, as pain and suffering (which it has caused me), I would have gotten a different answer, but all I want is what I feel that I've paid for over the 11 months in question, and haven't gotten what I was suppose to get for that that I paid.

What's stronger than a rhino?...... NOTHING!! I Was referred to Rhino lawyers after my at fault accident by a coworker. Thought for 200 bucks definitely worth a try. So glad I did! After retaining Rhino lawyers, I had to do nothing else! One 4 minute call and a couple months later.... case dismissed!! I didn't have to do any driving course or pay my ticket, which would have exceeded the Rhino fee. Every letter I received stating I had to go to court was immediately responded by Rhinos, letting me know I need not attend!! They kept me posted every step of the way! I was rear ended in my car by a distracted driver. Car damage, back, neck and should injures. I contacted the folks at the Fran Haasch Law Group for help. They were wonderful. I went to the office a few days after the accident and met with their staff. They explained what the process was going to be like and the time frame it usually took to get a resolution in a case like mine. Fran and the staff were very helpful and kept me apprised of what was going on throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the outcome that the firm for got me. A few years later my daughter was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident. I remember the treatment that I received from them and recommended to my daughter they she looking into hiring the firm for her accident, which I am happy to say she did. The next year was offers, counter offers, and waiting, this can be the hardest part, but this is where Joe and his team excel. Be patient, believe in your team, because they are professional and will not give up in a tough fight. The insurance companies made 4 or 5 offers over many months, but Joe and his team stand up to their offers and fight for what they believe is a fair and just outcome. I cannot emphasize enough how professional and hard working Joe Zarzaur and his team are, if you have the decision to make of picking a lawyer know if you pick Joe and his team you have made a good decision and can sleep at night knowing they're on your team.

I was in a terrible accident back in February of 2021. My aunt who happens to be a special-needs adult was the passenger of my vehicle. We both suffered injuries as a result of the accident. I had never been in a situation like this before and was terrified. I contacted attorney Gabriel Isasi about a potential premises liability case. From the outset, I thought Gabriel was a bit rude to me but I assumed he had a bad day and considered the firm anyway based on their reputation. Subsequently, I was referred to another firm that came highly recommended by another attorney I trust and retained them instead of Gabriel's firm. I never signed anything to retain the firm officially although they did send me a retainer agreement to sign. This apparently made Gabriel upset and he took it upon himself to contact my current counsel with defamatory untruthful comments. I have to assume he was attempting to cause my current counsel to drop me as a client all because his firm did not get the case. He sent me a rather sarcastic e-mail stating he contacted my current counsel and I quote, " I have reached out to your current counsel so they are aware that you are shopping around and they were extremely appreciative." This was completely and utterly unethical behavior which I will be reporting to the Bar Association's Ethics Committee. I am very happy I did not hire this firm as this was a direct representation of how they handle cases and treat potential clients. He also misrepresented his position to my new attorney stating, I terminated his firm and hired another firm." This was an outright lie. I never signed the retainer agreement - I simply provided him with a courteous e-mail stating I hired another firm and he clearly could not be professional. It is very clear to me I made the correct choice and I would not recommend this firm based on this information. He clearly was attempting to cause a conflict with my current attorney. If his actions prove true I will file a civil suit for damages immediately for his slanderous statements. I will preserve the other facts for the ethics committee. I am sure this is a great firm but I would caution you if Gabriel is assigned to your case. He is rude and vindictive, to say the least

I contact Disparti a couple of years after I was in a motorcycle accident, which was my fault. I normally wouldn't recommend most Lawyers but Vasilaros Wager is am exception. The would do weekly calls to see if you needed to pass anything the the Lawyer or one of the associates. And it didn't take days to reply to a request. Normally the very next day I would get a call back on the issues I had a question about. Wagner and his Associates are a well organized team there to help you in all your needs. They were always Polite, Professional, and Knowledgeable about all issues. The SKG group is the way to be taken care of! I felt well taken care of and apart of the processes. Even when I moved states they went out of there way to find and transfer everything from paper work to medical providers! They held firm and battled with the other insurance company’s that didn’t even want to cover their at fault driver that hit us. was in bad accident 11 days in intensive care ins company issued me a check for max cap lt was 25% of my med bills didn't know they did that .called Fran Haasch they got the check instead of me didnt have to do anything for it kept it for 8 weeks mean time i'm out of money didn't here from them but 1 phone call the whole time hired another firm to get my money i'm about to be homeless they put a lien on the check now they are holding it up even longer and want a percentage even though they advertise no charge unless they win there was nothing to win the check was sent without question no case and upside down 300.000 dollars plus they had me signing papers when i was under heavy narcotics i dont even remember you make your own opion

As of today3/29/17. I have been dealing with this firm for about 2 years, possibly longer. My experience with this firm has been nothing but a pain in the a**. I initially hired them to do an appeal for my disability case, which I had a deadline of October to file the appeal, I received a letter stating I was denied again. After not hearing from the attorney in months I called to speak with one of my "advocates ", which I found out neither of them no longer worked there, so I spoke to my new advocate, who politely informed me that nothing was filed until February. . ...so I'm pissed..... it's been months since I've heard from them and I just called a few ago to be told I'm online doing some work I will have to call you back. ....so very unprofessional and slow, not to mention lack of compassion...so now that I no longer qualify for disability, waiting for an ssi hearing now... I have been dealing with this 2012.

Horrible experience, expected better. I went to them 2months ago I spoke with an attorney, whom said they would take my case the fees were expensive, so I decided to do some research handelling it on my own, I did not get the result I wanted. I recently received a letter from John bales office stating that they are still interested in my case so I decided to call them, after the operator transfered me to a random person, told me right off the bat that they will not be able to accept my case, so I went on to explain to them that I received a second notice stating that John bales firm is still interested in representing me and he transfered me to some girl that took my number, called me back in an hour and related that her office will not be able to represent me. The whole experience today was awful, no one knew anything and they were so quick to state that they weren't willing to take on my case without knowing my situation, instead they want me to sign the agreement of representation form and without me agreeing to do as they requested several times, they now want to decline my case. Horrible experience I will not recommend them to anyone and I will not seek their service in the near future. Did not expect this type of service , very unprofessional and misleading and demanding and horrible. Really they deserve zero stars for their bias service but we all know google options is at least 1 star.

Mia, her husband Chris, and their staff are wonderful. Mia took my daughters case because she truly believed in it, and it showed the whole time. They were great about communicating, came in on weekends so I didn’t have to miss work, stayed late, and were just so easy to work. After my car accident in early May, I was referred by my chiropractor to an attorney friend who was with another large accident injury firm. My husband was rear ended by a commercial vehicle in Tampa, Florida. I was referred to Armando by a family friend. We called the number our friend gave us (his personal cell) and within a day Armando was at our kitchen table listening to our story and explaining what could happen. He helped coordinate my husband's care, set up doctor consults, initiated the claim all while thoroughly explaining what the next step was. Armando was able to get the other insurance company to accept responsibility and get his vehicle paid for right away. His staff is very communicative, Patty and Kim are a joy to deal with and are very knowledgeable. Armando and his team were able to get maximum recovery available without having to go to court! Armando is very personable and available. He'd answer my worried, over thinking texts at 9pm. (Sorry Armando!) He's a great lawyer and someone you'd enjoy having at your family gathering - a true people's person. Hopefully you'll never need a lawyer, but if you do - look no further.
