I will try to summarize my situation quickly. Three car accidents in three years. 2018, 2019, 2020. I was sitting at a red light for all three waiting for the light to change when my family and I (wife and 3 kids) were either rear ended by a pick up or jeep or swiped by a semi. The first accident left me with a thoracic disc injury which has left me with pain each day though I've learned to manage it thankfully. Now to this office. Melanie was my paralegal and Elizabeth was my lawyer. Melanie communicated incredibly well and as we approached deadlines was more than okay to help me understand how things were going even as I got anxious. Melanie was incredible to work with and I was so thankful that my wife and I got to work with her through a difficult season in our lives. Anyone who works with her is blessed for sure. A no BS advocate for the underdog. Barry took me in when I had nearly given up on the legal system and got me nearly 10 times what my previous attorney told me to settle for after I was injured on the job in a incident where I was buried beneath a bridge when it collapsed. I would never recommend Mr. Rothschild to anyone ever. Let me start by saying I had never had a lawyer before and read his reviews after a car accident I was in and thought he would be a great lawyer. Even after meeting him for the first time, he reassured me that he would help me throughout the case from this point on though he withheld information that I should have known as a client. However, as I continued to call to update him on my treatment, he was unavailable. When I would communicate with his secretary she made it seem like she kept records of what I had said to her but it was not communicated to Mr. Rothschild. My friend had been with me when I first met him and throughout the case to justify everything that I have said as my friend witnessed the occurrence of events as well. Mr. Rothschild did not keep up to date with my records regarding my care nor did he obtain my records from any of my treatment. Mr. Rothschild was not in contact with the insurance agencies involved nor the providers for treatment. I obtained my own records from companies and had them personally sent to him even though that was his job and what he should have been doing himself. I am young and like I said I had not had a lawyer before. Mr. Rothschild used this to his advantage and manipulated me because I had not known a lot regarding car accidents and the process of a case. Upon finding a new lawyer he was surprised that Mr. Rothschild had not explained a great deal of information from the case to me. Mr. Rothschild is a lawyer and he wanted to play doctor and lawyer. He continued to give me medical advice despite not being a doctor nor obtaining my records to form an educated opinion. He told me that there was no way I was still in treatment (physical therapy) from the accident that happened a year ago. Even though I was still in pain and listening to the medical professionals in the field. He argued with me that I was no longer in pain, which I clearly was as I was not able to perform normal activities such as running, sitting for long periods of time, and bending over. He was extremely unprofessional. He yelled at me and cursed at me. I have never been spoken to in such a horrible, degrading, and devaluing way to treat another human. I was literally scared of him.

I was in a not at fault car accident. I received the traffic citation. I called Rothchild Law. Mr. Barry Rothchild listened to my situation, took my case and went to trial for me in traffic court to prove my claim. After winning the trial court case, Mr. Rothchild focused on the insurance company of the person deemed not at fault by the investigating police officer following my collision. The insurance company settled my claim at which time Mr Rothchild then presented an underinsured motorist claim against my own insurance. My personal coverage then provided additional compensation to me which allowed me to be rightfully rewarded for my injury. Thanks Barry....you are a rock star!

I called Barry's office for a personal injury case. Granted, there is a short time before my statute of limitations is up, but I initially felt I could settle this case on my own. Barry talked down to me in a condescending way and told me my case was "bumbled." He was very agitated and abrupt and his questions began with: "Did you even...? Do you even have...?" I am a professional, and I would describe my conversation with him as jarring. I don't think there is ever a reason to treat someone in that fashion.

The Lawyers at Rittgers & RIttgers are absolutely amazing! If you're ever in a car accident I'd strongly suggest that you should get a lawyer and these guys are the best. I made the mistake of not retaining a lawyer a few years ago and just dealt with the insurance company myself and it was a mistake. I was barely compensated for work missed for Dr appointments. Rittgers & Rittgers made sure that I was appropriately compensated and that I didn't have to deal with the deluge of paperwork that comes with that whole ordeal. Daphne was an extraordinary help who kept tabs on all the bills and all the paperwork so I wouldn't have to and the lawyer she worked with, Mike, made sure that I ended up taking home more than four times the compensation that I received when I didn't get a lawyer. Just terrible i've been waiting over almost a year now had two different attorneys had to do all the work I could just keep going on and on they can't find out who the insurance is knowing the apartment complex was just sued by the fire department and the county so they know who the insurance is if they have 50 people in front of me they should have let me know they already tried to settle with me that's how much of a win-win the case is but I know my rights and I know I could stop the contract at any time they paid the chiropractors and still haven't even paid me

I contacted this firm when I had an accident in Cleveland in September, 2020. I think they chose me really because I had been bombarded by attorneys chasing me, however, this firm sent me a copy of the police report right away which I had never seen! In addition, the fees were lower than all the rest which impressed me! I was assigned to Christopher Byers who was quiet, soft-spoken, yet thorough. His explanations were clear and concise and I knew exactly what to expect as well as the timeline. Things worked as he said they would until there was a change in third parties and he got right on the case to expedite things. Again, he was very thorough and I was very appreciative as well as impressed to deal with a firm that was out of town and had never seen in-person. I recently referred my grandson to them because he was apprehensive as to where to begin or who to chose. I told him that he made a good choice.

Attorney Craig Belliston represented me when a Werner semi ran into and pushed my truck and horsetrailer off the road. Not only was there a horse in the trailer but my daughter and a very dear friend were in the truck. without question, the worst day ever. Still unable to sleep thru the night and definately not able to drive the horsetrailer, even had to retire from my job as a Corrections Officer because I'm still not able to be the person necessary to do the job! Angry and hurt, Attorney Belliston listened to me and was able to get a settlement of six thousand dollars for me. This has forever changed my life, I can only hope the individual driving that semi no longer is able to destroy anyones elses life!!! Wasnt the million dollar settlement i was hoping for but i understand my mental anguish isnt worth what being physically damaged meant. Absolutely despicable service. They will rush you into signing with them and never contact you again. After days I finally get ahold of James Tulley and he loses his mind on me because I am upset he can't do anything for me at all within days. He said "I don't need clients like you" and hung up. Awful. Run. All the bad reviews are true. They are a buisness. Do not care about you. They always lie and say they have no record of these clients who file complaints. They do.

I had a car accident and I’ve had non-stop calls from this place, despite me never calling them or submitting any inquiry. I have no idea how they even got my information. One call was even late at night. I called them back and they claim they have no record of me and don’t know why they would be calling me. They must be really desperate for clients if they have to harass people!

I tried repeatedly to get in contact with mr.jones some one will answer the phone and hang up. I was in an accident and when they were refered to me to contact them i had hopes of getting justice instead. i feel as if they didnt want to hear me out just they wanted a type of name.

They were very concerned. My daughters and I were hurt in our truck when a guy pulling a trailer came undone from his truck and hit us. The hospitals were calling us and harassing us about payment. Our lawyer called them and took care of that. He said we don’t need to go thru that. Our lawyer made sure all bills were paid. He was very good to us.

Attorney was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He even refused, on my behalf to accept a low offer from the defendant. I shared with him that I trusted his decision when he thought the offer was fair. I highly recommend Isaas and Isaacs in the event of an injury related accident.

After another well-known attorney started to operate on my case, I was taken aback because this firm automatically stopped my medical care by not wanting to allow my doctor to be billed. I, along with my daughter who was also in the MVA with me, rescinded representation from that firm and called Isaacs and Isaacs. That was the best decision that I made. Initially, Caroline Clay was the person that I would correspond to. She called at least once a week and more if she had questions.She displayed so much professionalism. If I had questions, she had answers. When she became an attorney, I was assigned to Shane Benson. He was perfect. He did the same as Caroline. We talked through all the questions that needed answers and he told me that he would always answer. He did just that. When it came to the negotiating of my settlement, Shane asked me what I thought was a good amount and to my surprise he told me that he honestly thought my numbers was spot on for the injuries I received.I was so pleased with Isaacs and Isaacs, Now, should something would happen to me and/or my family, Isaacs and Isaacs will be the first number I'd call. Thank you to everyone there for helping me through this ordeal.
