I highly recommend HNB (Attorney Rike) if you are seeking disability. I tried on my own, my first appeal I went with an attorney from a friends family, waste of time! HNB was on top of their game. If I could rate this office any higher I would, as I feel 5 stars just doesn’t do them justice. I was in a car accident that left my spine curved. I had gone to DGMS before and had an awful experience. They wouldn't fight for me. So I decided I wanted someone else for this accident. I looked up attorneys and seen Jack and read all the reviews and decided to give him a chance. He was on board to help me get what I deserved. He was kind, knowledgeable, and didn't want to take my money and leave me with nothing. It took almost a year to settle, but not due to negligence. Jack kept telling the insurance company I deserved more and kept countering their offer. He fought and fought and kept me in the loop the entire time. He made sure I was okay not accepting their offer each time. He got me the best offer he could. Michelle who is his assistant (warrior woman) also helped me with questions. She was awesome as well. My daughter, who was three at the time, was involved in a lawnmower accident that ended up resulting in a partial foot amputation. Our lives were changed forever that day. We had a very complicated, and tedious law suit against a very large company. John and his right hand lady... Becky! were able to take it head on, and we received a great outcome. They are very professional, and at the same time, very personable. John is a no-nonsense kind of guy, he's not going to put up with having his or your time wasted. He's not going to sugar coat anything, he will tell you like it is. They are honest, careing and professional. I would use no one else! EVER....

I highly rccommend John Fitch and his team. My son and I were involved in a car accident. We were the victims, John and his team went above and beyond to take care of my son and I. Im a busy person so When I first called his law firm his assistant Becky who is fabulous, was setting up a consultation for him and I to meet which was hard for me since I'm so busy, but he is so dedicated to his clients he did a house call and came to my house to meet me. He is very kid friendly my son had to appear in Probate Court the judge allowed him to hit the gavel he was thrilled.

Lost about $35,000 in wages and fees and other stuff after a severe car accident. Only got about $4k out of it. Disappointed. They had mentioned something about how most people get around $30,000 as a good estimate. What a scam. Late responses on top of that. They talked to me like I was a little kid on top of all of that. I definitely don't recommend this place. I've been reviewing places for years and somehow a legal team is at the bottom of the list. Sorry.

My daughter Nicole Robson was a passenger in my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan that was a hit skip by a drunk driver in October of 2019. The van was totaled, and my daughter had some injuries. This was a very traumatic experience for Nicole, she is Deaf, so she contacted me though FaceTime to let me know what happened. Fortunately I was two block away, and got a ride to the accident scene to interpret for Nicole about what happened. This was at night, so the next morning I took Nicole to the Urgent Care, which had my take her to the hospital for X-rays. I contacted KNR and Jim Tully they took care of everything. Due to my insurance company delay it took longer to settle everything, we had to wait for them to try to get money from the drunk driver, which I don’t believe he had any insurance. After everything was settled with State Farm, Jim Tully contacted me for my daughter to sign paperwork, and approximately two weeks later she was issued a check. The Urgent Care, Hospital, and Chiropractor bill were also taken care of being paid. Thank you Jim Tully with KNR, it was great working with you.

This attorney office is the epitome of what is wrong with the reward system of earning what is due to you the client after physical, and personal loss in an accident. You will be told what you want to hear by there many different under qualified attorney’s, just so you will sign up for their counsel. Once you sign those documents and about a year later you will be given the lowest offer possible of $5000. Which you will walk away with only $1,000 of. As we all know that doesn’t even scratch the surface on covering your pain, suffering, lifestyle changes, etc. They will tell you they will ask for more but they will not work for you. They will accept whatever offer the insurance companies are willing to pay, no more. The worst part is when you tell them it’s an unacceptable offer they will then tell you they will negotiate for more and you won’t here back from KNR until your Case statue of limitations is almost over. That’s when they will send you a letter stating you only have - month to sign papers for settlement or you won’t get jack. So basically, you have to give up any legal right to sue to recover your actual cost back AND allow the law office to get YOUR CHECK and give you whatever portion THEY THINK you deserve.

I was lied to from the first phone call. Stuck me with an out of town attorney who was inept, dishonest and could have cared less. I made a big mistake hiring these people and the settlement was a joke, just like the attorney. I complained to management during the process and was ignored. Terrible service. Use someone, anyone else.

I was involved in a MVA and didn't know how to handle the incidents that followed. I contacted K N R and was pleasantly surprised of how quick and professionally they took over the stress of handling my case. I had a significant neck injury which required surgery and a year of trying to revcover. I could not have coped with this without their help. The office staff, paralegals, and Attorney were always extremely helpful. I was pleased with the way my case was handled and would recommend them highly.
