I will try to summarize my situation quickly. Three car accidents in three years. 2018, 2019, 2020. I was sitting at a red light for all three waiting for the light to change when my family and I (wife and 3 kids) were either rear ended by a pick up or jeep or swiped by a semi. The first accident left me with a thoracic disc injury which has left me with pain each day though I've learned to manage it thankfully. Now to this office. Melanie was my paralegal and Elizabeth was my lawyer. Melanie communicated incredibly well and as we approached deadlines was more than okay to help me understand how things were going even as I got anxious. Melanie was incredible to work with and I was so thankful that my wife and I got to work with her through a difficult season in our lives. Anyone who works with her is blessed for sure. Elizabeth was top notch fighting for me and my family and communicating extremely well. I never expected to have to go through a situation like this in my life so I just chose to trust the professional. She was always willing to help me understand the situations at hand whether over the phone trying to settle or in mediation. Attorney Rick is very nice and professional. He’s very honest and I enjoy talking with him. He did a great job representing me during my hearing. It was a phone hearing because of covid and he even calls you right after the hearing to talk about how he thinks it went. I recommend him to anybody who needs representation.

A no BS advocate for the underdog. Barry took me in when I had nearly given up on the legal system and got me nearly 10 times what my previous attorney told me to settle for after I was injured on the job in a incident where I was buried beneath a bridge when it collapsed. He and his team worked hard and even found safety issues that even I was unaware of. They're responsiveness and professionalism put my previous attorney to shame. The legal team at Charles E. Boyk Law offices were absolutely amazing! My mother was in a car accident that landed her in the hospital and then rehab. We called Charles E. Boyk and spoke with us directly. Answering all our questions and even sent an associate to the rehab to talk to my mom in person since she wasn't mobile. The other insurance company offered what we were told was a reasonable settlement but after finding out what all the bills were, the fact that her car was totalled and the mental trauma my mother went through it just didn't sit well with us. We shared this with Charles and his group and they went back in and fought to get us a little more and they succeeded at it! My experience with the Keating Firm was very poor. They kept switching attorneys without informing me my case sat on an attorney‘s desk who was no longer with the company, if I hadn’t called it would probably still be sitting there. The insurance company offered me more than the Keating firm got them to settle for. I was better off settling with the Insurance company months ago I waiting all this time for it to be less than what the Insurance company offered out the gate I don’t recommend.(only gave 1 star just so I could leave a review)

After 3 years I finally have my settlement money. Mediocre law firm. Bad experience. I constantly had to keep asking for updates on my case. Months went by of no response from my attorney. Basically, if I did not push my case along I am 100% certain I'd still be unsettled. I felt blind through the whole process. Guidance would be appreciated. You can tell no one cares about your case and then your left with them getting a cut of your money for doing hardly anything.

Donahey Law treated me very well. They helped me get compensated after I was hit by an unlicensed, uninsured driver. I had just lost my wife and wasn't getting any help. I found Donahey and I was quickly assured they would help. They did and then some. They handled all of the problems and I could concentrate on the things I needed to do. I am very thankful because I know that I was lost on my own. They made sure that I stayed informed on what I needed. I can't say enough how much I appreciate what they did for me and my children.

Very unprofessional. I called yesterday stated my case. She stated that she would reach out to the lawyers. Called back today for an update. The person that answered said let me look; well it looks like no one will help you, and it is not something we can help with. I asked if any lawyer reviewed it, she responded I don't know but the email went out so if no one responded then it is not something we can do. The lease they could do is respond professional instead of ignoring me!
