I has spoken with 3 orher lawyers from different law firms about a motorcycle accident that i was in where a friend and I were hit on his bike by a drunk driver. All 3 lawyers I had talked with before speaking to Jordan, an attorney at this firm, told me there was nothing that could be done for me and it was just one of those cases where no matter which route they would take, it was a dead end. I’m done playing with these people!!!! Please DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Poor service, no communication, I was told over a month ago my case was settled. No settlement amount was disclosed. Just told I’d receive payout in thirty days. Two months later the story changed by the paralegal. I record EVERY conversation so I know EXACTLY what the attorney started to me. 3 years ago I asked NRS if I had a legitimate workers comp claim. They said yes. They never called with any updates on how my case was moving forward. I always had to call them first. Then last week I finally received a message from them telling me that my claim was going nowhere and they gave up because the company i have a claim against will not settle. Is'nt this why you need to have legal counsel to begin with? I guess I picked the wrong firm to handle my case. 3 years of wasted time.

…..where do I start my names Darrell Wolf I originally reached out to KNR they gave my case to NRS. It’s been almost a month and Marina claims to still be waiting on medical records which I released to them . I get multiple letters in them mail from The BWC stating if they don’t receive my medical records this week my claim will be DENIED . Not one time have they reached out to me regarding my claim . Regarding my previous employer claiming that I was a subcontractor … I was informed by the doctor they sent me to that my claim was decertified …why wouldn’t a attorney reach out to ask for these documents . You have to literally call these guys and ask a million questions which they obvioussly get extremely frustrated when you ask what’s going on . I wish I would have did a little more research … NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL . I’m sure this review will get me dropped as a client but so be it . HOW CAN YOU REPRESENT SOMEONE WHEN YOU DONT SPEAK TO YOUR CLIENTS . It’s a shame I had to submit my documents to workers comp myself today to avoid my case being denied …

I waited 7months for you guys to finally tell me that theirs not enough evidence although I have multiple witness testimony camera footage and to say the other driver has 0 liability and you guys aren’t able to prove that with the information I formally found out for myself lol you guys didn’t take pictures of the car in the impound didn’t investigate at all and left it to me to access police report get witness statements access video footage from multiple buildings around the accident and again tell me 7months after the fact theirs not enough evidence lol once I get my claim approved through another law office I’ll make sure I fax you guys the details! Mr. Mokhtari was amazing. He was very professional and personable. We had a problem with our landlord (big apartment complex). We had problems with the apartment complex and we left without staying at the apartment even one night. The apartment wouldn’t let us out of the lease even though the apartment was filthy. Additionally then sent us to collections. Mr Mokhtari and their team saved us thousands of dollars and our credit scores. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any legal advice or problems. Tim is hands down the best lawyer in town. He was able to guide me through the legal process and keep me informed at all stages. Which allowed me to not stress and focus on life. He was able to get me the best deal possible in my court case. One thing that blew me away is that he gave me his direct cell number and answered anytime I had a question which is rare with most lawyers. 100% Misny is the guy! If I could reach into the sky just to pull more than 5 stars down for a rating I would! I have used other lawyers in the past and it was such a pain to reach them when I needed them. Tim is in all honesty there for you. He gave me his personal phone number, and at anytime or any day he answered. If I had to leave a message I could count to 10 and he would already be calling me back. He also was willing to talk on the weekends! He didn’t just forward me to an impersonal automated system or a person with no experience. I will NEVER use another person for legal advice. He’s gracious enough to give me guidance whenever I have a question. No matter how complex. I don't know much about Tim the lawyer, but I do know about Tim the man. Tim the man befriended me as a youth and gave me the motivation to excel in school. Tim the man wrote the letter that got me into college and got me a helpful scholarship. Tim the man gave me an internship while in college. Tim the man has been a friend to me for over ten years. He makes himself available day or night whether I need advice or just want to talk about the day. There a lot of stigmas about attorneys (and they are earned) but Tim Misny bucks the stereotype. And if Tim the lawyer is half a good as Tim the man, he will live up to his word, and make them pay.

since i have to stay home and work, his big head is ALL OVER the place. made me have to write a review . last year, i called them about a problem i had with an operation. he claims hell meet with you and discuss your case, but i never got past the person who answered the phone. they didnt want to see pictuires nor did they want to discuss anything further. all i got was 'we wont be taking on this case, thank you.' no tim misny in person. no ill be there for you. no ill make them pay. his on air persona is a crock.

For the last 7 years, Tim has volunteered countless hours to help children going through illness and adversity. Each year, Mr. Misny reprises his role as Lex Luthor in a virtual comic book, where 'Super Kids' going through illness and/or adversity, rescue super heroes from comic book villains. Our 501(c)3 charity (Super Heroes To Kids In Ohio) has put this event on annually, and hundreds of children have got to experience the gracious and sincere personality that is Tim. He has been nothing short of amazing in his role for charity, and beyond. Even with his status and schedule, Tim has always made it a point to help others. He has always been generous, sincere, accommodating, kind, and selfless. There has never been a time when I have reached out to Mr. Misny that he has not been completely helpful and gracious! I was falsely accused of a serious domestic violence charge.I hired Elkhatib law offices to help me with getting out of this..He worked on the case and in the end the prosecution was forced to dismiss this case..In these types of scenarios I strongly suggest you call ELKHATIB law offices..These things can get away from you if you don't hire a lawyer....but not just any lawyer can get the job done..I'm 51 years old and I wish I would have known Mr.Elkhatib when I was younger he is very good at his job and this is more important to a person wrongly accused and falsely arrested...If I could give 6 stars ...I would..Call this lawyer he will work for you and I know many other lawyers that talk the talk but Attorney Elkhatib WALKS THE WALK!!

My experience was lousy. He never knew what was going on in the case. Lied to me about the sentence offered. Basically lied the entire time. Wanted an extra 2 grand to go to trial without reviewing evidence. Never calls to inform you of court dates. Waste of money. Could of took a public defender and got the same outcome. Don’t waste your money.

I got into a car accident a few years ago..my car was a total loss , and after a day or so I started with bad headaches, among a bunch of other symptoms - had whiplash and was diagnosed with a concussion/post concussive syndrome/ occipital neuralgia. I contacted Merriman Legal after that and they walked me through what needed to be done, and helped me through the process. It wasn't easy going through it all but it was worth it in the end. Tom Hobbs is my attorney and I just have to say he is the best! I am lucky to have worked with him because not only was he nice, he was super responsive and was patient with all my questions or if I didn't understand something. That's more important to me than anything. Such a pleasure to work with. Hannah is such a pleasure too! Honestly, if you get into an accident, don't wait. Call asap because it truly does makes a difference. I highly recommend them - not once was I dissatisfied and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if need be.

In the face of our family’s most tragic time, LGM positioned themselves as a protective barrier between our family and the outside world. This included international media, insurance companies, multiple federal governmental regulatory bodies, corporate negotiations and wrongful death settlement negotiations. I had the privilege of being represented by Jack Landskroner beginning in October 2009 through July 2015. I was a homeowner who unknowingly purchased a home made with Chinese Drywall in 2006. Via a class action lawsuit, Jack represented myself and many other homeowners who were in similar situations. The path to getting compensation was a long and tireless one but Jack persevered on my behalf for a span of almost 6 years. Jack made sure that the manufacturer of the toxic drywall, KNAUF was finally held accountable. While I was one of the lucky homeowners who got my home rebuilt by my builder, they did not account for the loss of use, loss of personal items, loss of time/money and the fact I had to continue to pay a mortgage on a home I could not live in for almost a year. Jack pushed forward through the courts to try to find suitable compensation for what I had been dealt. Did I get everything I deserved in my settlement? Certainly not but if not for Jack, I would have not gotten anything. Many, many homeowners like myself got nothing, zero. Because of Jack and his efforts I am in a better place today. Jack would not take “no” for answer and made sure both the courts and the manufacturer knew we were not backing down. I could not recommend Jack more for his efforts. If Jack and his firm ever get compensated by Knauf and the Chinese Drywall Settlement Program for Attorney’s, he will have literally made pennies on his time spent on my behalf. I found this firm on line after I had my bicycle crash. Meghan Connolly was very straight forward and thorough from the start. It was a lengthy process as she had to find the person that hit me and fled the scene, but she didn't falter. I was very happy with the outcome and her dedication to the process.
